How to Access the New and Improved Alexa+: You've got options! Stick with your trusty Echo devices for voice control, or check out the brand-new Alexa+ web portal. This portal lets you chat with Alexa+ directly from your computer, perfect for those times when typing is easier than talking, maybe while you're at work. The existing Alexa app will get a facelift soon, too, to keep up with all the shiny new features.
What Makes Alexa+ So Special? Think of Alexa+ as Alexa on steroids. The Price Tag: Now, here's the catch. Accessing Alexa+ starts rolling out to select Echo Show devices in the coming weeks and costs $20 a month. However, Prime members get it for free! Considering Prime’s $15 monthly fee, this is a pretty sweet deal. Fingers crossed that Prime membership price doesn't change anytime soon.
